Reach & Rise are part of the $1.05 billion Brickell City Centre project lead by Swire Properties, a Hong Kong company with deep roots in Brickell - having lead the development of Brickell Key forty years ago. Recently unveiled to the public, Brickell City Centre is a mixed use project unlike anything Miami has seen before.
